1. General Terms

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the dbtk1 platform and its users. By visiting the dbtk1 website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

3. Age Limit

dbtk1 is very strict about protecting minors. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or play games on this platform. We may request age verification documents at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

If an account belonging to a minor is discovered, that account will be closed and all transactions will be cancelled.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at dbtk1 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 in bets before withdrawing any earnings from that bonus. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to your original deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• A promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• dbtk1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus terms are suspected to be abused, the account will be reviewed.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

dbtk1 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can progress through the tiers through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each level: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0%, and Diamond 1.2% weekly cashback.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at dbtk1 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Depositing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Required identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

5.3 Transaction Rules

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing.
• If fraud is suspected, a transaction may be put on hold and additional verification may be requested.
• dbtk1 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues.

6. Fair Play & Platform Security

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your dbtk1 account at any time. Contact our support team and, after verification, the account will be deactivated. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by the Platform

dbtk1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Age limit violation.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
